Hi! My name is Emma Parker. I am a senior visual effects student studying at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). I have a vast artistic background dating back to as early as I can remember. My love for the arts began with traditional mediums where I fell completely in love with color. Colored pencils, graphite, oil paints, you name it I loved it. That's when I wanted to learn more. I got my first iPad as a freshman in high school. Through this medium, I was introduced to the world of digital arts.

I started my journey at SCAD as a 3D technical artist. I learned all about the realm of 3D. But, similar to the way I felt long before, I wanted to know where else I could take this passion. That is what ultimately introduced me to visual effects. Visual effects completely broadened my horizons and allowed me to explore all kinds of visual arts including compositing, fx, cfx, and motion graphics. I cannot wait to see where the rest of my education takes me and I look forward to collaborating soon!
